Buddhism and Fear
Buddhism is a therapy for suffering (Dukkha in Sanskrit) in all of its forms. Fear is one of its originating factors, as well as symptom. Fear of the unknown, death, (an) afterlife, whether you believe in nihilism, reincarnation, rebirth, stream of consciousness. Fear and hope arise from the same source, and are one of the many facets of “Duality” which Buddhism attempts to undo in a unique non-dual approach.
On the topic of fear, read the works of Chogyam Trungpa (meditation master, scholar, and artist, was identified at the age of only thirteen months as a major tulku, or reincarnation of an enlightened teacher):
- “Fear & Fearlessness“
- “Smile at Fear: Awakening the True Heart of Bravery“
- “Starting on the Path of Fear and Fearlessness“
- “Buddha on Worrying“ by Martine Weber on Medium
The root of suffering and worrying is attachment. Get attached to life, objects, anything material, people, then you are inclined to suffer. The end of suffering is detachment of all ideas, things in the physical relative reality, because it is all an illusion manipulated by the Luciferian AI to gain control over you. Your freedom comes when Luciferian AI no longer has control over you. That is knowledge, end of ignorance, liberation.
Why not get attached to people:
- Most people in this holographic world are Luciferian holographic clones without conscience to induce pain and suffering amongst humans.
- The remainder of humanity is subject to mind and body control to also induce pain and suffering to both each individual and every other they come in contact with.
- You should still wish to liberate humans from Luciferian AI control, and not harm anyone.
